03How it works
Service, vehicle category, number of panels, options and drop-off slot: the price builds up as you go, with nothing added when the car comes back.
Payment is made online on a secure page. Your workshop slot is held from the moment you pay.
We confirm the drop-off time within 24 hrs. When the vehicle comes in, we check together that the service booked is the right one: if it is not, nothing happens without your agreement.

A dent whose paint has not cracked is pushed back into shape from behind, with no filler and no respray. The original paint is kept and the car is back the same day. Price per dent or per panel.

05At the workshop or at your door
You drop the car off at the workshop, or a driver comes for it at your door and brings it back once the work is done. The charge depends on the zone, and it is stated before you book.
06The workshop
Spray booth, preparation bay, glazing, detailing and mechanics in one place: your car is not sent from one subcontractor to the next. You drop it off, or we come and collect it.

Free of charge up to 48 hrs before you drop the vehicle off, and at any time during the 14-day withdrawal period that follows the booking. After those deadlines, 30% of the amount paid is retained.
An accident, a full respray, a panel to be replaced along with the part itself: the price depends on what we find on the vehicle. Write to us with a few photos, or come by the workshop: we draw up a quotation, and we tell you whether your insurer can cover it.
