01Dents, scratches, bumpers
Bodywork & dent removal
Straightening and repairing body panels, with or without paint. A dent that has not broken the paint is pushed out from behind, with no filler and no blending: that is the quickest and the cheapest route.

03Chips, windscreens
Glass & windscreens
A chip can be repaired by resin injection as long as it stays smaller than a two-euro coin and out of the driver's field of vision. Beyond that, the windscreen is replaced, glass included.

Routine servicing, at a published price: electronic diagnostics, oil changes, brake pads, a pre-MOT check. Parts included where the service sheet says so.

Payment, cancellation, checks
The rules are the same for everyone, and they are stated before you pay.
Payment
The booking is paid in full online, on a secure Mollie page. Accepted methods: Bank card.
Cancellation
Free of charge up to 48 hrs before you drop the vehicle off, and at any time during the 14-day withdrawal period that follows the booking. After those deadlines, 30% of the amount paid is retained.
The check when the car comes in
When the vehicle comes in, we check with you that the service booked matches the damage. If it is cheaper, the difference is refunded; if it is dearer, nothing happens without your agreement.
